Kyle Allinson

As Senior Credit Officer at Aegis, Mr. Allinson plays a central role in credit decisions and portfolio management across the Aegis funds—including Aegis Business Credit, Aegis Real Estate Capital, and Aegis Venture Fund. He leads the underwriting and credit team, shapes credit policy, and serves on both the Investment and Credit Committees. Reporting to the COO and CRO, he also acts as a key point of contact for Aegis’s capital providers.

With more than 15 years in banking and financial services, Mr. Allinson brings deep expertise in asset-based, structured, and cash flow lending. He’s worked with companies generating up to $100 million in revenue and held leadership roles at Woodforest National Bank, SunTrust (now Truist), and Synovus Bank.

Mr. Allinson stays active in the industry through his board position with the Association for Corporate Growth and his involvement with the Secured Finance Network and Turnaround Management Association. He holds a degree in Economics and Finance from Mercer University.
