Meet Bob Beard
Mr. Beard is the founder of Aegis, where he leads strategic planning and ensures the firm stays aligned with the interests of its shareholders. With more than 30 years of experience across audit, management, and lending, he founded Aegis Business Credit with a vision to broaden access to innovative financial solutions.
Since launching in 1998, Mr. Beard and his companies have helped finance more than $1.5 billion through factoring, asset-based lending, and mortgage lending, supporting businesses across a wide range of industries.
He holds degrees in Accounting and Finance, along with a minor in Economics, from Florida State University. While a Certified Public Accountant, Mr. Beard held a Series 27 license.
